Since our products are made to order, they are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any custom-tailored or personalized goods. However, we understand that issues may arise, and if you receive a defective item, we are happy to address it.

Defective Items

If your order arrives with a defect, please contact us within 05 business days of receiving the item to report the issue.
